I was thinking back when I was working. I used to put a slice or 2 of lemon from my tree or some fresh ginger in my water thermos for work. Did not know at the time I was drinking structured water. Now I know and will take that practice up again. Thank you for this info and enjoy the holiday 🇺🇸.
