I’ve been taking Pueraria Mirifica Plus for a few years. About 6 months ago I saw a new primary doctor and she said if I take it I must take a progesterone with it every night. Well, I have been spotting randomly since. Should I stop taking progesterone altogether or take it for a week only? Thank you for your counsel.

I started bleeding too I had to stop Pueraria Mirifica … I haven’t bleed in 21 and it was scary
