Thank you Dr. Northrup for your contribution to worlds health and always the best advice's. Now I am a bit concerned regarding Linoleic Acid because I thought it is healthy. I am taking my daily spoon of black cumin oil for my seasonal allergy's and I read that it is also very good for immune system but it contains a great amount of linoleic acid..

Her real name is Erin Elizabeth Finn and she was a high end call girl in California. Erins boyfriend at the time discovered she was getting $8,000 a day as a call girl.

She worked for silicon valley geeks like Steve Wasniak and Kevin Metnick.

These guys were social engineers 101.

Social Engineering is exactly how the deep state manipulates all of us, but especially scientists who may want to speak out.

Her message is ALWAYS,

"See, that doctor spoke out and now he is DEAD! You better stay quiet or you will be poisoned too."

Dr. Northrup should be applauded on most of these suggestions. Eat some protein? No, eat alot of protein. Consume whole grains in moderation, whole grains spike glucose/insulin, I stay away from whole grains. Drink more water, yes but purified water. I have a problem with eating more plants as well, but you do you!
