Dr Northrup, please help me to understand. I'm a bit confused about whether Pueraria Mirifica is beneficial to stay in good health at age 77. I know it helps with menopausal symptoms, but is it intended to be beneficial for women in my age group to promote good general health?

I believe it is. BUT it would be your choice because all kinds of things lead

To good health!! Give it a try for a month so you can see for yourself

Thank you so much! I have been doing oral progesterone before bad with good success, helping me during my menopausal shift. I am a nutritionist, so eat well, exercise, etc. etc., but I was not sleeping until I introduce progesterone. I still need a little help getting into deeper REM state, so will try your cream!

Dr. Northrup, since I developed Burning Mouth Syndrome in menopause I'm desperate to find something that may help relieve my symptoms! Do you have any recommendations? Do you think Amata Life may help? I've been checked out head to toe and nothing is wrong and I'm very healthy! Ugh.. at a loss.

Me too, although I’m 14 years post menopausal it just started in the last 6 months….seems to go away when I take lysine so I think it was a lysine arginine imbalance…I’m vegetarian and eat nuts or things made with almond flour so I think I get too much arginine. Maybe try that, good luck
