Oh this is Western astrology not the Vedic (sidereal) placements, which are actually the accurate placements because they're tracked by the placement of the fixed stars. Western and Vedic placements used to be the same but have shifted by almost 24 degrees (backwards) over roughly the last 2000 years due to precession of the equinoxes. Would love to hear George's thoughts on why he is not using Vedic? Thanks so much!
He says we are really so governed by the SUN , it just works. Vedic is very good for predictions. Western is more psychological. I believe all forms have something to offer. I use both.
