I am 49 years old as of 6 days ago, ha, I'm assuming I'm going through perimenopause maybe, I'm not sure, my cycles are spot on still, who knows, but my moods aren't the greatest and I was diagnosed with a autoimmune ( RA, probably from covid), and I'm having skin changes like melasma and the opposite so maybe some vitiligo, anyhoo I am on no medications besides hydrochlorothiazide for the RA, so I decided to try the Pueraria Mirifica! I just got it today and started, I am super excited, thank you, I wanted to go through menopause as naturally as possible, but am open to bio identical if needed, but want to try this first.
