Wonderful post Dr. Northrup! We all have witnessed people struggling on their own, going nowhere fast! Of course this “going it alone” has also been bred into our culture, “Oh, I don’t want to bother anyone”. People do the same thing when going to lift something way too heavy for them……they will

knock themselves out doing it alone. I was so proud of my husband last week when he called on a neighbor to help us lift something that was really heavy. When you don’t call upon others for help, it denies them an opportunity to do a good deed.

Thank you dr Northrup. This message brought me to tears. Just yesterday, I made a phone call to a person that might help me with a current turmoil in my life. I soldiered now for months and came to a realisation that I may ask help from the person that has the access to the decision makers and can support my plea. Forever grateful for the golden nuggets you share with us🌟💎🌸🦋💜🎶💃🏼

Thank you Dr Northrup. I’ve tried subscribing to your newsletter and have been unsuccessful. When I click subscribe to submit my name and email, the subscribe button won’t activate. I had a similar problem trying to sign up for Dr T’s newsletter for almost a year. I finally got through to Cookie via the Learning4you email support and she sent my email to someone to manually put it in. I’m finally getting her newsletter. Are you able to add me on to your list also? I love your wisdom and am thankful for all you do!
