Oh thank you for sharing that. I’m so on the same page with you and have been doing Epsom salt and baking soda for years and have added the Borax ( yes , 20 mule team Borax folks)in just in the last few years since covid based on a suggestion from an energy worker in Dr. Brownstein’s office. I still feel a little funny putting stuff I had always put in my washing machine in my bath, but there you go.☺️Also my next-door neighbor is a flight attendant originally from Switzerland and has been bringing me the Kniepp bath products from Europe for years. I’ve always wondered how clean they were with coloring and such but they do smell incredible! I didn’t actually know who he was or that he had a book but now I’m going to look into his philosophy. Water is the best!😃

I do so many rituals in my bath. I do have a gorgeous one also with candles and beautiful containers of oils and salts. I keep the Borax under the sink as it is not a pretty box but I keep most of the non-esthetic pleasing things to me under wraps. Only pretty and inspiring things remain in view. I listen to sacred music sometimes and always make up my own prayers which can get quite loud! I could not be without a tub. I do call up anyone or any situation that needs to be released and it's amazing how people I hadn't thought of in 60 years pop up! I love doing the Hawaiian ritual prayer in the tub! xoxo

Beautiful tub area! What type of baking soda would you suggest? I know some may have heavy metals in them. As always, thank you for all you do!

From what I've researched, it's not so much aluminum in baking soda but how it's chemically processed (like Arm & Hammer). I read that Bob's Red Mill (on Amazon) produces chemical-free baking soda.

On Amazon...I think she meant dead sea salts. Or try Whole Foods.
