Thank you! This vlog came at exactly the right time for me. I'm looking to replace bad habits with beneficial practices, so being out in the sun for 15-20 minutes between 10 am and 2 pm is going on the list. And, I can ground at the same time. I think I'm also going to add sardines to my diet for its other benefits as well.
